Fortunately, there are treatments, and tips to
prevent excessive sweating, some natural, for
this malady.
One remedy is to avoid wearing tight fitting
clothes that prevents air circulation. Choose
clothes with natural fabrics like cotton and
silk. These fabrics "breathe".
One must drink lots of water to lower toxin
levels. Do not take excess caffeine and alcohol.
And, also learn to relax, because stress causes
sweating.

For mild sweating--anti-sweating medications
will do; although, it is not advisable for the
severe ones. If your sweating condition is too
severe, you may need to turn to various medical
treatment methods. The most common medical
treatment is the use of anti-perspirants. They
can work extremely well for mild sweating cases,
but it will not work for profuse sweating.
Botox injection is another treatment. These are
effective but very costly, and are a painful
process. This injectable is for wrinkles; but,
also effective for excessive perspirations. It
costs about $700, and has to be done twice a
year.
Surgery is another remedy; but sometimes it
produces side-effects. Underarm sweating might
have been cured, but sweating could transfer to
other parts of the body-known as compensatory
sweating.
Natural remedies
are still the best remedy. And also try to have
healthy habit of cleanliness.
